① AAPI EMPLOYEE & COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT
Working alongside Stacy Magallon & Eric Rosenbluth, I created then AD’d a modular template that could be reconfigured and customized with every AAPI employee spotlight & recommendation. It was crucial to feature the employee and to create a space that highlighted their culture and personal stories.
The introduction of this bespoke design and campaign led to a 5% increase in social engagement as well as an overall jump in employee participation in internal advocacy efforts.

② JUNETEENTH
Juneteenth graphics made for social and the monthly client-facing DE&I newsletter with over 100+ recipients spanning major publications and Senior Fortune 500 executives.
Using the AAPI graphics as the creative jumping point for the MBooth’s Social Advocacy identity – the evolution of this direction was carried into the client-facing newsletter which prompted increased client engagement and comms.
③ BLACK HISTORY MONTH IMPACT SOCIAL CAMPAIGN
Designed social cards to live alongside employees commemorations as they reflect on the lives and accomplishments of Black pioneers & history.
